01The AGNTO Course ($147)
30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase the AGNTO Course and decide within 30 days of purchase that it's not for you, email us at support@agnto.ai with the subject line "Course refund" and the email address you used to purchase. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
No questions asked, but one ask in return. If you're refunding, we'd love a single sentence on why. Not required for the refund — we'll process it either way. The feedback helps us improve.
After 30 days from purchase, the course is non-refundable.
02The AGNTO Playbook ($29)
The $29 Playbook is a small-ticket digital product. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, the Playbook is non-refundable.
03Templates and digital downloads
Standalone template packs, prompt libraries, and other digital downloads that are not part of the AGNTO Course are non-refundable once accessed. Because these products are delivered instantly and can be saved, copied, and used in your business immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds after the content has been accessed.
If you purchased a template pack and did not access it (verified through our delivery system), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
04Inner Circle and Inner Circle Lite
Inner Circle ($497) and Inner Circle Lite ($197) are time-bound coaching programs. Because access to the community, calls, and build review is granted immediately upon purchase, these products operate on the following refund terms:
- Within 7 days of purchase, before attending any group call or submitting a build review, you may request a full refund
- After 7 days, or after attending any group call or submitting a build review, these products are non-refundable
If you have a billing problem or believe a refund is warranted due to extenuating circumstances, email support@agnto.ai. We review every request individually and respond within 2 business days.
05Showcase listings
The AGNTO Showcase listing ($97) is a service product. Because we begin work on your listing immediately (reviewing your build, recording the walkthrough, scheduling the TikTok feature), the Showcase product is non-refundable once we have begun work on your listing.
If you purchased a Showcase listing and we have not yet begun reviewing your submitted build, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
06VIP Community subscription
The AGNTO VIP Community is a recurring subscription billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues through that paid period.
We do not refund partial months. Once a monthly billing cycle has started, that month is non-refundable. To avoid the next month's charge, cancel before the next billing date.
If you were charged unexpectedly due to a billing error or a failed cancellation, email support@agnto.ai within 7 days of the unexpected charge and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
07How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@agnto.ai with:
- Subject line: The product name and the word "refund" (e.g., "Course refund" or "Playbook refund")
- Email address used at purchase (so we can find your order)
- Date of purchase if you have it
- Optional: One sentence on why you're refunding (purely to help us improve, not required)
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
08Refund processing timeline
Once we approve and issue a refund through Stripe:
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately
- Stripe initiates the refund to your original payment method within 1 business day
- The funds typically appear on your statement in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
If you do not see the refund within 10 business days, email us and we will trace the transaction with Stripe.
09Chargebacks
If you have a refund concern, please email us first. We are responsive and will work to resolve the issue directly. Email is faster than a chargeback and usually leads to a better outcome for both sides.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, when the refund window for the product has clearly passed and the chargeback is being used to recover non-refundable funds, may be disputed by AGNTO with documentation of:
- Course access logs showing content was consumed
- Community participation records
- Original purchase agreement and refund policy in effect at time of purchase
- Communications history
This is not a threat — it is just a note that we run a real business with documented processes. We would rather resolve any concern by email. support@agnto.ai is faster than your bank's dispute process.
