This is how AGNTO handles your information. We collect what we need to deliver products and improve the experience, we don't sell your personal data, and we use Stripe to process all payments so we never store your full card details.

01Who we are

AGNTO is an education and coaching brand owned and operated by Chuck Gray, based in Surprise, Arizona, United States. For purposes of data protection law, AGNTO is the "controller" of any personal data you provide.

03How we use your information

04Use of your results and feedback in marketing

AGNTO grows by sharing what students build. When students ship agents, generate revenue, save time, or otherwise achieve results using what they learned in AGNTO, those stories become some of our most valuable marketing material.

By purchasing any AGNTO product, joining the AGNTO community, or submitting feedback to AGNTO, you grant AGNTO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the following in AGNTO marketing, advertising, brand communications, and educational content:

This license allows AGNTO to use that content across the following channels and formats:

What this means in plain English. When you share a win with AGNTO ("I shipped my first agent this weekend and saved 6 hours of work" or "I closed my first agent client for $3,500"), AGNTO can repost that story, with your first name and last initial, to inspire other operators to build. We will not publish your full last name, full address, contact details, or any financial figures beyond what you voluntarily shared, without your additional written consent.

You can opt out. If you do not want any of your content or results used in AGNTO marketing, email support@agnto.ai with the subject line "Marketing opt-out." We will remove your content from future marketing within 30 days. Content already published in print, in podcast episodes, or in paid advertising in flight may take longer to remove and we will work in good faith to comply as quickly as reasonably possible.

Voluntary submissions only. This consent applies only to content you voluntarily share with AGNTO. We will not use private community messages, support emails about technical or billing issues, or any other communication you reasonably expected to be private, in marketing without your explicit written permission for that specific use.

05Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the business:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and is contractually required to protect your data.

We may also share data when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AGNTO, our users, or the public.

06Cookies and tracking

AGNTO uses cookies and similar technologies for:

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

07Payment information

AGNTO uses Stripe as our exclusive payment processor. When you make a purchase, your card information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and is not stored on AGNTO servers. AGNTO receives only the last four digits of your card and the transaction reference for our records.

Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and follows the highest payment security standards. You can review Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.

08How we protect your data

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS for all pages and forms), encryption at rest for sensitive data, and access controls limiting employee access to user data.

No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@agnto.ai immediately.

09How long we keep your data

We keep your account information for as long as you have an active account or active subscription. After you delete your account or stop using AGNTO, we retain:

10Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights related to your personal data, including the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email support@agnto.ai. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

11Children

AGNTO is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify users by email. Continued use of AGNTO after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
